Question: I had a new dry ridge installed on my roof about 2 years ago. The installer appears to have used damp proof course material underneath the ridge tiles rather than the proper membrane that I would have expected. Will this material do the job or should I look to get it reinstalled with a specified dry ridge membrane?

You would require the breathable roll out matting to be installed with a dry ridge system not DPM as this will not be vented. Should you require any further information please feel free to contact me either on here or by email on [email protected]
