hi Lauren I see no disrespect ,just frustrated members, have you tried phoning CAT ,they may be at home but seem to have left their phones at work ,what I do see is fishing for new members every where {some already moaning after a month of false promises}yet the ones in the keep net fed nothing and expected to pay top wack for it .You say its fairer now but long term members are not finding this and as you cannot contact CAT ,where do you suppose we vent
As for these customer questions you might as well ask "how long is a piece of string"without a tradesman looking at a job its very hard to see the problem ,do you really expect sensible replies to ridiculous questions ,I get emails asking how "much to skim my bedroom"I reply "I don't know how big is your bedroom, phone me ill come and have a look"Its the same principle ,And hey guess what I don't want to be on the forum at 1020 am on a Wednesday but with CAT not giving the leads it once generated I am
