We know that customers visiting Checkatrade have questions that they’d like to ask you, the experts. We’re exploring ways that we can help showcase the best answers to their questions to support customers and to help give you more exposure.

At the moment it’s not possible to post questions and answers directly, so we’ll be collecting customer questions and then posting them here in the member community. We’ll then post the most detailed or helpful answers - along with the company name and a link to the member’s Checkatrade profile - on the blog so if your answer is chosen this will help to get your name out there.

Here’s our current plan for how this will work:

• We will post the customer question in this section of the community
• If you would like to submit a response you can reply to the thread
• The most informative/helpful response will be posted as a reply on the blog, along with your name and a link to your profile

Absolutely! It helps anyone searching for similar questions and answers on google organically bringing up the page and links to members profiles who have helped 😍
