Valliant is what I would recommend but you will pay the price , another option I would say is a Gloworm energy

It has to be any of the new Ideal Max range, with a 10 year parts and labour warranty and included magnetic system filter it’s by far the best price to performance boiler at the moment.

Standard combination boilers don't cost a fortune and as Gas Street mentions, the difference between top and and bottom end is low at around £300 or so for equal output models of different manufacturers. If reliability is important then cost shouldn't matter in the slightest. Our choice and recommendation is Vaillant. Their 10yr warranty ecoTEC Plus range is outstanding and with an incredibly low failure rate compared to other brands we have fitted at the customers request. Close second is Worcester Bosch, which are nice to install but awful to service. As with all things in life, you get what you pay for.
