    Hey everyone,

    Itís that time of year when many customers start to realise just how important their outdoor space is, particularly when weíve been spent so much time outdoors over the past 12 months.

    When youíre regularly working on gardening and landscaping projects, finding new sources of inspiration and creative ideas can be challenging. So, weíve rounded up some of the best sources of inspiration to help you create dream gardens for your customersí.

    Finding inspiration
    Many gardeners are constantly inspired by the gardens they see in their daily lives. But if youíre working on a new project, looking for new ways to bring a clientís vision to life, or trying to find the best way to tackle a challenging space, you may need some additional resources and inspiration.

    Chelsea Flower Show
    Held annually, the Chelsea Flower Show sees the grounds of the Royal Hospital Chelsea is being transformed with stunning horticultural displays. Bringing together world-renowned garden designers, plant specialists, florists and nurseries, itís the ideal place to find cutting-edge garden inspiration.

    Usually held in May, this year, the event is taking place in September for the first time and will run between 21st and 26th.

    Royal Horticulture Society
    The RHS is the worldís leading gardening charity, aiming to enrich everyoneís life through plants, and make the UK a greener and more beautiful space. Their website is full of tools and resources, so itís a great place to start if youíre looking for inspiration for a project. From garden design ideas and trends through to a directory of plants for specific sun, soil, and weather types.

    BBC Gardenersí World
    BBC Gardenersí World magazine can now be downloaded to your phone or tablet, allowing you to access articles, insights, and inspiration on the go. There are also step-by-step guides and interviews with some of the industryís most respected professionals.

    The Landscaper
    The UKís leading monthly magazine for professional landscapers, The Landscaper offers the latest news, features, and inspiration.

    Garden Design
    Garden Design is an online magazine thatís bursting with ideas and inspiration for gardens of all shapes and sizes. From garden photos and design, through to landscaping trends, youíre sure to find plenty of ideas.

    Alongside more traditional tools, there are also an increasing number of apps available that for gardeners, landscapers, and traders.
    GardenTags is a community-based app that has been designed to be an Instagram-type app for gardeners. Once youíve downloaded the app, you can upload images of plants to the library, share photos of gardens youíve created, and browse other gardens for inspiration.

    iScape : Landscape Designs
    Another app to add to your list, iScape allows you to visualise how a project could look. Simply take photos of a plot, set them as the background, and then drag and drop features such as plants, trees, hardscaping, an even lighting. The result? A virtual 3D garden along with a shopping list for everything you need. This is a great way to bring your plans to life for your clients.

    Home Outside
    Create professional mock ups of your plans, using hand drawn elements, intricate details, and varied landscapes. Home Outside is a great tool to help you get your ideas down and share them with your clients.

    Landscaperís Companion
    This app has information on over 26,000 plants, including details such as water usage, size, sun requirements, and any potential issues. This provides a great resource if youíre looking for plant inspiration for specific spaces.

    I've found myself following lots of Homes before and after accounts on instagram now too 😍
