Just had a look at your profile page and you seem to be doing everything right. A lot depends on how many similar companies you have in the same area, and where you are on the page at a given time
You might want to look at the size of the area you are appearing in, possibly reduce it down
On average we seem to get 4 to 6 contacts a month, that seems to be about the norm unless you start doing some additional advertising
my advice is treat every client as they are the most important client you have ever worked
for.
do the best Job you can & make it known that nothing is too much trouble.
Welcome to Checkatrade! I agree your profile looks great and lots of info up there e.g. pictures. One question I have (which would be good to see at the beginning of your about section) is why 'Forces Veterans'? (I can guess the answer but sounds like a great Unique Selling Point.
So perhaps: "Want things clean? Military level clean? Our team are all ex-services personnel and exacting about the cleanliness of your premises. We get your premises efficiently cleaned, good enough for a Sergeant Major inspection! Now THAT's clean."
