Question: Our neighbour is having some building work done to their property, and their builders have erected scaffolding in our shared driveway, without notifying us, which is only giving us limited access to the rear of our property. We have asked them (the neighbours) why they didnít notify us (it would have been courteous to do so) and also how long will the scaffolding be there for but they have declined to respond. Where do we stand in this situation ?

whilst i feel for this client & agree with her points, I would try to work through this.
neighbour disputes can quickly develop into a war zone where it becomes not a nice place to live.
