Hi,

I have windows that leak every time it rains. They have been re-sealed at the bottom but still leak and it’s starting to affect the wooden sill. I’m in the Crystal Palace area and am struggling to find a trade company willing to assess the leak. Any recommendations for tradespersons who may be able to visit and quote for repairs would be gratefully received!

From what I could see in the pictures, the sealing or re-sealing was done incorrectly. You should never seal the beading at the bottom of the window.
The water still gets through the sides and sits inside the drain tray (which is sealed now).
So, instead of escaping outside, the water stays inside.
