I moved into a new property last week and need some advice, one of the walls in the living room looked wet and the paint/plaster has started to bubble and flake away. I can’t find any evidence of a leak and wondered if someone can tell me how I know if this is damp, or who I should get to take a look at this. The wall has stayed the same since, hasn’t spread anywhere else etc.
