As seen on the pictures,all that line on the wall seems to be letting water through.
Just wandering what is causing this and what kind of trade I need to call in?
If it's a flat roof then it's possible the front edge of the flat roof has perished and thus would allow water ingress at this point. Typically a flat roof perishes at the perimeter edges and usually this is quite easy to see from the ground or from an upstairs window. You could take a photo with a phone and zoom in to get a clearer idea of what is going on. My suggestion would be that you should contact a flat roofing specialist in your area via checkatrade and get them to have a look for you.
Its Condensation, will need soffit vents, insulation pilled back from eves to allow air flow, or bottom row of tiles removed, fix new 5U eves protection and reinstate tiles .
Hi it could be possibly EPS that is perished which is my car protection unit that might be perished and possibly can and see your faces that could be causing the problem maybe
Hi I’m a roofer and I see this problem quite a lot and 9 times out of 10 it is the first metre of roofing felt that perished it then falls behind fascia and let’s water in
