My master bedroom is 14’9 x 9’ (it is the same style layout as this floor plan https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properti...hannel=RES_BUY) BEDROOM 1 is the bedroom in question.
Would it be do able to split this room in two? It currently has one large window that would need splitting in two and moving from the middle to each side of the room. Lights, radiator, plugs, etc, would need moving/adding. There is room at the top of the stairs to add a second door. However, the space the door would open into is currently occupied inside the room by a small built in cupboard. In said cupboard are some pipes (to do with the boiler? Not sure. No more than 4-5 inches tall. Presumably a work around is possible)
Essentially, with the size, would I have two functional single bedrooms?
