Hi, last year, I had trellis put on top of half fence panels on one side of my garden. I now need the trellis to be made “solid” by way of half fencing panels or feather boarding. The posts are in place - I just need it finished. Can anyone help? Pontypool. Thanks
Rather than messing around boarding the trellis, surely it would be cheaper, easier and more pleasing to the eye to just replace what you have with full panels. Take into account that you would not only be paying for the boards but also the additional labour to do the work, as apposed to the simplicity of just replacing the panels! Get quotes for both options to compare!
Hi Lauren, I hope you had a good break! All good and keeping well for me. Currently stripping out my old kitchen at home and knocking through to the garage to create a utility room and toilet/shower room, so I'm pretty busy at weekends. House is the same age as me, both built in 1959, so the garage is useless for the size of today's cars, unless you can get out via the roof. It is a choice of filling the garage with stuff you know deep down that you will never use again or making life easier and age proof for the future with more accessible facilities. Loads of work to do including plastering, plumbing and electrics, but of course I will do the kitchen and the woodwork myself
