Hi @Sean Personally I feel that if you are not involved you have no right to complain when things are implemented that you do not agree with. This is very much the same as your political vote, if you are a ‘don’t know’ or can’t be bothered to vote you have to accept the consequences. We all have the right to voice our opinions to achieve an satisfactory outcome whether it is regarded as positive or negative by Checkatrade. I view it as a healthy approach to get the right balance. It would be good if more members were involved giving us a louder voice!
@ChelseaDave agree just a pity more members don’t get involved,it’s a bit painful out of 38000 members only around a dozen get involved unless there a competition . @Lauren maybe the community should do a yearly competition for members that get involved throughout the year ,prizes new van ,fortnight in the Maldives ,free membership, 😄👍
