Hi @Leo Andrade
In the case of the kitchen does it include plastering, plumbing, electrics, flooring, tiling, decorating etc because it all mounts up. For example, I havenít got the time to make my own kitchen so I have bought in a quality kitchen that has curved base/wall units and doors at every end for £6,300.00. The Quartz worktops will be approx £4,000.00 so thatís £10K+ gone straight away and that is without my labour fitting. Then there is the room doors, skirting/architrave and all the stuff listed above where I will need other trades in, so it just shows how your money is swallowed up! And that is not including a new range oven and integral appliances. My only suggestion is do it the good old fashioned way and get multiple quotes in for each project and do price comparisons.
