Hi,
Would a builder remove the surround and shutters of a set of UPVC french window shutters? The surround seems to be fixed together by bowtie pegs. I would then need the coving and window sills repaired.

Being a decorator I feel this is something I think most decorators would be happy to do or a local handyman and would most likely work out cheaper than employing a builder.
