So I noticed that Katy told us all she would reply to our messages, has anyone received an email? because I certainly haven’t. Seems are concerns about the new system are just going on deaf ears

Hi there, Lauren and I have been working hard to get everything together - I'm sorry for the delay, we wanted to make sure we fully addressed everything that has been asked here and it's taken a little longer than we thought.
