Hi @Pete923160 I've heard back about the postcode question: members can elect to work in a different postcode free of charge, but we will still hold the business address which is the address that is associated with vetting checks.

I'm just waiting on some more information about PLI, I'll let you know when I've heard more.
Hi @Katy
My point here is if I change my postcode to come up in searches, customers will then think I am local when I could be miles away, they will choose me on the basis I am local and then probably be quite annoyed to find out that the home address is actually false, the same as when people call me with an extension they may post drawings to me or post cheques to me, how can anyone see that posting a false address to get work is a good idea? It's all well and good that you hold the actual address but it's customers having the correct details which matter! I really don't understand how these ideas get passed through and put into place
Hello, hope you're well - I'm going to find out some more about the details of this but I think at the moment we do need to honour where our members have told us they want to work. We recommend members set their radius to places where they will be able to reasonably work.

It would be really helpful to hear more about this, have you had customers give feedback to you about your location or is this something you've experienced?

    Hi Katy
I have spoken to a few customers who have raised the issue of people very far away showing in searches! Most of them seem to want local people to their area, I am sure if you actually asked our customers how they would feel about finding someone with a local address to them choosing them and then finding out the post code is not their address it would be a pretty negative reaction, the reason people search is to find local tradesman, you are taking that away from your searches now! I don't understand how false details can be encouraged I understand paying to be in searches but putting a false home postcode seems against the whole point of being vetted?
